When choices are ours

Many times, we don’t seek the freedom to choose —
Rather, we seek the freedom from having to choose.

In some contexts, choice is a gift.
In others, it feels like a burden.

Because participating in how the future unfolds can feel like too much.

And yet, we’re part of it.
