The difficult transition

“What got us here won’t keep us here.”

This is such a difficult transition. Because what we did worked!

So to recognize — and more, to accept — that it won’t continue to work … that’s tough.

It almost feels like a betrayal.

But it’s not.

As our world changes, so do the challenges we face.

Often, that means we need to change, too.
